Our Magnolia-season has already started!

went all the way to Best in Show from her debut in junior
at a large all-breed open show in Sollentuna.

February 14
Great results at the all-breed Danish KC show in Fredericia:
In Smooth Chihuahuas Signum Fru Linnea "Tuffa"
(Ch ZZman's Testarossa x Xciting Pearls N' Tiaras)
won the CC, CACIB & BOS under judge Siv Jernhake, SWE.
Tiara's offspring from 3 litters have now won a total of  19 CC:s!

Tuffa's Whippet friend Ch Signum Ninfa "Ninfa"
(Ch Sportingfields Jazz Fest x Ch Signum Tintarella Di Luna)
did even better winning the CC to qualify for her Danish Ch,
CACIB (to qualify for her Intl. Ch) with BOB.
Later she also won the FCI group 10 (Sighthounds).

Magnolia's litter-brother Signum Fantin-Latour "Theo"
(Ch Chipau Sir Simon x Xciting Pearls N' Tiaras)
started the new year well at his first show and won his
1st CC along with BOB at Bö all-breed show
under judge Jean-Jacques Dupas, FRA.

Theo's win bring us back the record of having bred Champions and/or CC-winners
in every litter bred at Signum for both Whippets & Chihuahuas!

Our youngest Chihuahua
Signum Magnolia
(Ch Chipau Sir Simon x Xciting Pearls N' Tiaras)
has turned 1 year, and also had her knees checked normal PL 0,0.
All of her mother Tiara's offspring, from her 3 litters,
that has checked for PL have normal (PL 0,0) knees.

  Happy New Year!
Welcome back to our re-released website. After many problems
including a severe computer-crash these pages lacked up-dates

for the most part of last year. Now solved we hope for
better (computer-) luck in 2009.

A short summary with highlights from last year:

The 5th Intl. Whippet Congress
The major happening for us, was maybe not about our own dogs but
rather being part of the important events in July here in Sweden.
The Congress followed by the Swedish Whippet Club National
at Krägga Manor proved to be a major success.
After this we spent most of the Summer at our country house & garden .
Much enjoyed not least by our dogs, of course.

Highlights for our own dogs from last year:

The success of our first litter of Chihuahuas
(Ch ZZman's Testarossa x Xciting Pearls N' Tiaras)
Signum Fru Linnea "Tuffa"
Signum Linnaeus Rex "Milo
winning multiple CC:s, BOB, BOS & placements.
We are now awaiting their coming of age
in May 2009 to try for their titles!
Milo is also the proud sire of his first litter and their sister
"Tooti" Signum Linnea Regina
is also expecting her first litter at Hjortronblomma!

In Whippets Ch Signum Ninfa "Ninfa"
(Ch Sportingfields Jazz Fest x Ch Signum Tintarella Di Luna)
won both her Swedish & Finnish champion-titles,
with nice group-placements along the way.
We hope to breed her for our 7th-generation coming down from
"Kittre" Ch Merci isle Whisper To A Purr
(Ch Delecreme De La Renta x Ch Merci Isle Hot Flowers)

We also got our 2nd Chihuahua-litter in 2008

We have kept the pretty red-fawn

2008 ended very sad when we lost our oldest Whippet.
Dear old "Luna" Ch Signum Ana Luna
(Ch Birkonbrae Sweet Talking Guy x Ch Signum Dolce & Gabbana)
was in her 12th year, remaining the stubborn & reigning
queen at Signum up until she suffered a severe stroke
that she did not recover from. She is much missed by us all!
