Photo: Åsa Lindholm "Vanessa" Ch Hamrya's Social Butterfly (Ch Abbey's Banner Bearer x Ch Hamrya's Teacher's Pet) Oct 9th 1995 - Dec 27th 2007 We miss and treasure our memories with Vanessa (or "Venice" as she was also called for short)!  A very special Whippet lady and our very own "under-cover" Whippet "par excellence"! She could get under sheets, blankets & pillows without leaving a trace and loved to be in her own "igloo"! Her other specialty was to hide as many of the dog's toys in the garden and in the woods embracing our garden. To the frustration of her canine friends at Signum, but also giving them the luxury of surprise treasures surfacing from nowhere ever so often! Vanessa finished her Swedish title with ease, and also went to Finland to win both her Finnish title and a Finnish Winner title. She was never campaigned  heavily but won multiple CACIBs in Sweden & Finland as well as BOBs & group-placings.
